Malgosia Fiebig was born in 1975 in Gdansk, Poland. She studied at the Music Academy of Gdansk, where she earned a Master of Music in Organ Performance in 1999 and in Choral Conducting in 2002.
In 1999 she followed a carillon course led by Gert Oldenbeuving, after which she became the first carilloneur after sixty years to play the bells in Gdansk (St. Catharina Church). In 2001 she was appointed a second carillon in the City Hall Tower in the heart of Gdansk. She gave weekly concerts on these carillons, and organised yearly summer carillon festivals.
In 2001 she studied with Bernard Winsemius and Arie Abbenes at The Netherlands Carillon School Amersfoort with a European Socrates scholarship. In 2004 she moved to the Netherlands and earned a Bachelor of Music in Carillon Performance a year later with Arie Abbenes. Malgosia received her Master's diploma in June 2007 with Frans Haagen and Henk Verhoef.

She has given carillon concerts in The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, Ireland, Lithuania, France, Norway, Curaçao, Spain and the USA.
Currently she is the city carillonneur of Utrecht and Nijmegen in the Netherlands. As a pianist, she accompanies soprano Andrea van Vuuren and performs regulary with several choirs.
